Our comprehensive Sponsor Directory feature simplifies the management and display of all paid sponsors. By creating a full directory, you can categorize sponsors into tiers such as Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Each sponsor is highlighted with a dedicated area on the homepage. Clicking on a sponsor's name leads to a detailed Sponsor Page, complete with logos, contact information, media, handouts and direct links to social media accounts.. In addition, you have the ability to attach a sponsor to any category type such as sessions, presentations and networking events. This setup ensures significant exposure for your valued sponsors, fostering stronger sponsor relationships and enhancing their visibility and engagement with attendees.

Exhibitors

Our platform's Exhibitor feature includes a comprehensive directory, similar to the one used for sponsors, enabling you to showcase all exhibitors with ease. You can create tiers such as Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze, giving each exhibitor a distinctive level of visibility and recognition. Each exhibitor can have their own virtual booth, labeled to match any on-site mapping for your conference, ensuring a seamless transition between physical and virtual experiences. The dedicated Exhibitors tab in the menu leads attendees to a detailed Exhibitors page, featuring logos, contact information, media, and handouts, thus providing tremendous exposure and fostering valuable exhibitor relationships.

Profiles

Comprehensive Profile Management and Directory Integration

Our robust Profiles feature enables the creation of a complete directory of all participants. When you create a profile, you have the ability to edit the person's display name, email address, biography, and even upload a headshot. The quick list view provides an at-a-glance overview of who has an account, complete with biographies and headshots. Once a profile is created, their name will appear as an option to attach them to any category, such as a session, presentation, or networking event. This seamless integration enhances both organizational efficiency and participant engagement, making it an invaluable tool for any conference.

People

Conference Participant Directory & Role Management

The "People" feature allows you to create and manage a comprehensive directory of participants for your conference. Within this directory, you can add individuals and assign them specific roles such as speakers, moderators, and panelists. This centralized management system makes it easy to organize your event by linking participants to their designated roles. When setting up sessions, you can seamlessly assign individuals from your "People" directory to any session, ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time. This feature streamlines the process of organizing and managing conference participants, making it efficient to plan and execute your event.

Staff

Streamlined Content Management and Attendee Engagement

Our advanced Catalog system simplifies the management of various content types, such as sessions, papers, posters, and presentations. Each content piece, referred to as an "Item," can include individual elements called "Assets," which come with features like summaries, detailed information, and management tools for attachments, people, images, PDFs, videos, and stream links. Attendees can easily favorite Assets to add them to their schedules, and their check-ins can be tracked to provide insights into engagement. This comprehensive system enhances both content organization and attendee interaction, making it an essential tool for events and conferences.
